• All orders must be submitted online. 

• Free shipping for all deliveries above $100 to Toronto, York & Peel metro areas. Orders below $100 are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout. (Urban areas are subject to different shipping restrictions and minimum orders- please contact us to inquire)

• Daily deliveries between 8AM to 4PM to Toronto, metro Peel and metro York; once a week to other Urban areas such as Simcoe, Halton, Durham, etc (restrictions apply)

• Our deliveries can only be made to ground floor. No steps/stairs can be involved and buyer must notify this to ALL parties involved (office staff/volunteers/custodians, etc).

• Customer is 100% responsible for storing all temperature control items.

• Baked, dairy, produce and confectionery items are non-returnable/Final Sale.

• Buyer must be familiar with shelf lives; no product will be exchanged upon expiration.

• Customer is responsible for checking items before consumption (shelf life, ingredients, status, etc).

• Any claims must be submitted to our office within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Any issue such as shortage of items/missing items upon delivery must be notified to our driver; we cannot be responsible of any shortage/missing items after our driver leaves.

• All items are peanut-free & nut-free and most items are PPM150 compliant.

• Returns or any issues with any item must be reported to our office within 24 hours after delivery (a pick up fee may apply). If you receive a damaged item, please contact us right away and do not dispose of the item. We cannot proccess a claim if you dispose of the item(s) and the package it comes in. We will require pictures of the item itself, the box it came in, pictures of the label, etc. If the item you received needs to be kept in the fridge/freezer, please store it properly. 

• Customer is responsible to mail payment(s) within 15 days from your delivery day. Customers are kindly asked to remit payment within their assigned terms to ensure their account remains in good standing. Accounts that have outstanding payments that are over 45 days due will default into a locked status and new orders cannot be submitted until payment is received. 

• If you wish to pay with your credit card, a 3% processing fee will be applied and cannot be waived.
